With double-digit sales growth and reporting needs spanning 21 business units across Finance, Commercial Operations, and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, the company needed to modernize its entire BI platform — migrating from Crystal Reports to Business Objects without disrupting operations across the enterprise.
What We Built
NexDimension led the full lifecycle of the BI platform migration — rebuilding the environment, redesigning security, modernizing reporting logic, and migrating approximately 2,500 reports across Finance, Commercial, and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing. The engagement included Internet-facing reporting layer enhancements and cross-functional coordination across all 21 business units to validate requirements, retire outdated reports, and standardize reporting definitions enterprise-wide.
