Wells Fargo – Private Client Services AnalyticsFinance | Banking | Wealth Management
Situation
Wells Fargo’s Private Client Services division managed a high-net-worth client base with complex relationship structures — individuals, households, trusts, and associated entities — but lacked the analytics infrastructure to see those relationships clearly. Without a unified household view, PCS couldn’t accurately assess the full scope of client relationships, identify growth opportunities, or track adoption of new online products and services.
What We Built
NexDimension served as BI Manager and Data Warehouse Architect, designing and building a dedicated PCS data mart that brought customer relationship data together into a unified analytics environment. The centerpiece was a household identification strategy that linked individuals, trust members, and associated entities into a single household view — giving PCS a complete picture of each client relationship for the first time.
The platform also tracked adoption of new online products and services, enabling the team to understand engagement patterns across the high-net-worth client base and prioritize growth initiatives accordingly.
